Mr. Kestenbaum is head of the firm's Equity Research department. Mr. Kestenbaum covers companies in the media industry. Prior to Morgan Joseph, Mr. Kestenbaum held positions at IRG Research, ABN AMRO/ING Barings, C.E. Unterberg Towbin and Bear Stearns. Mr. Kestenbaum received an MBA from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a B.S. from Lehigh University.

Mr. Paget is a Managing Director and the Associate Director of Equity Research. Prior to joining Morgan Joseph, Mr. Paget was an Associate in Equity Research at Banc of America in the Telecom sector. Mr. Paget is a CFA charterholder (Chartered Financial Analyst). Mr. Paget received an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a B.A. in Asian Studies from Trinity College.
