Mr. Blecher is Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of the firm and has over 35 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Joseph, Mr. Blecher served as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of ING Barings Furman Selz, and as Chief Operating Officer of Lehman Management Co. Mr. Blecher graduated from Dartmouth College in 1964.

Mr. Briggs is Vice Chairman and Co-Head of the firm's Investment Banking group and has over 27 years of industry experience. Previously, Mr. Briggs was Head of Investment Banking at SunTrust Equitable Securities Corporation, Head of M&A at Bankers Trust Co., and spent 12 years at Salomon Brothers in the M&A department. Mr. Briggs received a B.S. degree from Northwestern University.

Mr. Hajim has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ING Aeltus Group, Co-Chair of ING Barings, Chairman of ING Furman Selz Asset Management, L.L.C., and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lehman Management Company, Inc. Mr. Hajim received his MBA from Harvard and a B.S. from the University of Rochester.

Mr. Joseph joined Morgan Joseph in July 2001 and initiated the firm's adoption of its current full service middle market investment banking strategy. He has over 40 years of industry experience. Mr. Joseph was the Chief Executive Officer of Drexel Burnham Lambert, and prior thereto had been the Chief Operating Officer of Shearson Hammill. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.

Ms. Malanoski serves as Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Investment Banking and has 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Joseph, Ms. Malanoski held various positions at New Street Advisors LP and was a Managing Director at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Chairperson of the firm's underwriting commitment committee. Ms. Malanoski received an MBA from Cornell University and a B.A. from Rosemont College.

Mr. Morgan founded Morgan Joseph's predecessor firm in 1982 and is Chairman of the Board. Prior to founding Morgan Joseph, Mr. Morgan was with Smith Barney & Co., Inc. and Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co., Inc., serving as Vice Chairman and Global Head of Investment Banking. Over the years Mr. Morgan has been an independent Director of a number of public companies, most of them listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Morgan received his bachelors degree from Yale University.

Mr. Sorte is President and Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Joseph and has over 35 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Morgan Joseph, he was President of New Street Advisers LP. He previously held various positions at Drexel Burnham Lambert, including Co-head of Investment Banking and Chief Executive Officer, and started his career as an investment banker at Shearson Hammill. Mr. Sorte received his MBA from Harvard and both BA and ME degrees from Rice University.
