Mr. Decker is a Managing Director in the firm’s Investment Banking practice and Head of the Financial Restructuring Group. Mr. Decker’s 20 years of investment banking and financial restructuring experience includes senior positions held at Alvarez & Marsal and Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin. Mr. Decker also founded and served as president of Inverness Partners Incorporated, a boutique mergers and acquisitions firm that was acquired by Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Decker is a Fellow in The American College of Bankruptcy, a Director of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA), and a Director of the Atlanta Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Additionally, Mr. Decker serves the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) as both co-Chair of the Investment Banking Committee and co-Chair of the Southeastern Bankruptcy Workshop. Mr. Decker holds a B.S. degree from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Caruso is a Managing Director in the firm’s Investment Banking Group focused on Financial Restructuring and Special Transactions. Mr. Caruso has over 25 years of experience, both domestically and internationally, in all areas of corporate finance. His experience includes a broad range of industries with companies ranging from middle market to Fortune 500 size. During his career, Mr. Caruso was a founding member of the financial restructuring group at Lehman Brothers and a senior member of restructuring groups at Bear Stearns and Gordian Group. Mr. Caruso received an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from Miami University (Ohio). Mr. Caruso holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate (inactive) from the State of Minnesota.

Mr. Lampert is a Managing Director in the firm's Investment Banking group and has over 25 years of industry experience. He also serves as the Head of Business Development for Investment Banking. Previously, Mr. Lampert founded the leveraged finance group at Nomura Securities and served as the assistant head of the communications and technology group at Salomon Brothers. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago and received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester.
