Mr. Berman is a Managing Director in Morgan Joseph’s Investment Banking Department and is the Head of the firm’s Exclusive Sales and Divestitures practice. Mr. Berman also is Head of the firm’s Financial Sponsor coverage activities. Prior to joining Morgan Joseph, Mr. Berman held positions in the Middle Market Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch and the Corporate Finance Department of Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Berman received an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and a BSBA in Accounting from The American University.

Mr. Galgano is a Managing Director and Head of International Investment Banking. He began his career at E.F. Hutton & Company in 1972 in Corporate Finance. Mr. Galgano joined Drexel Burnham Lambert's Corporate Finance Department in 1983 and he was made Chief Administrative Officer of the Corporate Finance Department while still serving as a line banker in 1989. During Drexel's bankruptcy proceedings, Mr. Galgano was responsible for overseeing the management and disposition of certain Drexel investment assets and served as Drexel’s representative on the Steering and Investment Committees of the various creditor groups. He was a Managing Director at New Street Capital Corporation, the successor to Drexel, where he was responsible for many of the firm's merchant banking investments. From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Galgano was a managing director of New Street Advisors LP, which he co-founded. Mr. Galgano received a B.S. degree in Chemistry, magna cum laude, from St. John's University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School.
