Jonathan Lowenberg is a Managing Director and the Head of Private Placements at Morgan Joseph. Prior to joining Morgan Joseph, Mr. Lowenberg was Co-Head of Private Placements at Merriman Curhan Ford, where he led Origination and Execution of all Private Placement activities. Prior to Merriman, Mr. Lowenberg was the Head of Private Placements at Kaufman Bros., Natixis Bleichroeder, and ThinkEquity Partners. Mr. Lowenberg was also an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank, where he was a senior member of the Global Private Equity Placement Group. Mr. Lowenberg has undertaken PIPES and Direct Private Placement efforts on behalf of various industry issuers, including healthcare, technology and business services. Mr. Lowenberg holds an M.B.A. in Finance from The Stern School of Business at NYU and a B.B.A. from Emory University.

Ms. Beck is a Vice President in the Private Placements group at Morgan Joseph. Her deal experience includes companies in the healthcare, technology and energy/alternative energy sectors. Prior to joining Morgan Joseph, Rachel was a Vice President at Enclave Capital and Broadpoint Capital where she was responsible for the evaluation and execution of various types of financings including PIPES, Registered Directs and late-stage venture financings. Before joining Broadpoint, she worked at UBS Warburg and JP Morgan. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
