Equity Capital Markets serves as an essential link between our corporate finance and our equity sales and trading groups to originate and place all of Morgan Joseph's equity-linked offerings.

The role of the Equity Capital Markets group at Morgan Joseph is to coordinate all common, preferred stock and convertible transactions between our internal sales and trading arms and our investment banking personnel. The group is responsible for the structuring, syndication, distribution, pricing and after-market support of Morgan Joseph-managed offerings.
